With cpanel’s Default Address feature, you can easily handle this from a single account making it your default email account. That way, all email without a specific destination will reside in this.

Setting up a Default Email Address
- After logging into your cPanel account, click on the Default Address icon which you will find under the Mail section.
- The page you land on is where we will set your default email.
You will see that your default address is set to your account name at present. Because of this all non-routed emails are being stored in your main main email. Let’s see how we can change it to another address. - Select Forward to email address option.
- Enter the address you want to set as your default address.
- Click on Change to finish it off!
- That’s it you’ve successfully changed the default address to another. This is the screen you will get on successful completion.
- Click on Go Back link and you will be taken to the Set Default Address screen again, showing you settings of the new default address.
